Der Markteintritt führt über vier Etappen: Markteintrittsstrategie (Positionierung, Sortiment, Preise), rechtssichere Einfuhr (Zoll, EU-Vorschriften), Logistik mit Lager in Europa und der Aufbau des Vertriebs, zum Beispiel als D2C-Shop. Wir begleiten alle vier Etappen aus eigener Handelspraxis. Market entry takes four stages: an entry strategy (positioning, assortment, pricing), compliant importing (customs, EU regulations), logistics with a European warehouse, and building your sales channel, for example a D2C store. We support all four stages from our own trading practice.
Was ist beim Import von US-Kosmetik in die EU zu beachten?What does importing US cosmetics into the EU require?
US-Kosmetik darf in der EU nur mit Kennzeichnung nach EU-Kosmetikverordnung (u. a. INCI), einer benannten verantwortlichen Person und gegebenenfalls Relabeling verkauft werden; hinzu kommen Zollabwicklung und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer. Wir haben diese Prozesse über Jahre im eigenen Handel betrieben und richten sie auch für Ihre Marke ein. US cosmetics may only be sold in the EU with labelling under the EU Cosmetics Regulation (including INCI), a designated Responsible Person and, where needed, relabeling — plus customs clearance and import VAT. We ran these processes in our own trade for years and set them up for your brand too.
